Common use of Subscriptions Clause in Contracts

Subscriptions. Unless otherwise specified in the Commercial Agreement: a. Application Services are purchased as Subscriptions and may be accessed only in accordance with the Commercial Agreement; b. Additional Application Services may be added during the applicable Subscription Term on terms agreeable to both Parties; and c. The added Application Services shall terminate on the same date as the pre-existing Subscriptions.
