Subsidence Network Sample Clauses

The Subsidence Network clause establishes the requirements and responsibilities related to monitoring ground movement, specifically subsidence, on or near a project site. Typically, this clause outlines the installation, maintenance, and operation of a network of monitoring points or sensors to detect and record any ground settlement or movement over time. It may specify who is responsible for providing the equipment, conducting regular readings, and reporting findings to relevant parties. The core function of this clause is to ensure early detection of subsidence, thereby helping to prevent structural damage, manage risk, and maintain safety throughout the duration of the project.
Subsidence Network. Select and install new monitoring points and ground-truth existing ground level monitoring points to monitor subsidence and to ascertain significance and unreasonable effects. Establish, map, and describe level monitoring points or areas. Obtain landowner access agreements where necessary for the network. Develop sample datasets to ensure data monitoring, management and analyses will be consistent with DMS data management and processing tools. Identify additional tools for inclusion in the GSP. Finalize reporting structure and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Subsidence Network. The focus of this effort will be to evaluate existing ground level monitoring points for the ability to effectively monitor subsidence and to ascertain significance and unreasonable effects. It is assumed that, existing monitoring equipment will be used (DWR InSAR data, Caltrans data) and additional instrumentation will be installed only if necessary and completed by others (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Associates). The feasibility of using existing data, tools and other resources will be evaluated as described below and evaluation of subsidence will be coordinated as much as possible with existing efforts. In addition, the relationship between subsidence and groundwater levels will be evaluated to determine if groundwater level data can support evaluation and tracking of subsidence. The Contractor will establish, map, and describe level monitoring points or areas and others (▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Associates) work with the District to obtain landowner access agreements, where necessary, if installation of monuments for the network is recommended. Sample datasets will be developed to ensure data monitoring, management and analyses will be consistent with DMS data management and processing tools. Additional tools will be identified for inclusion in the GSP and the reporting structure and standard operating procedures (SOPs) will be finalized. Statewide subsidence data is provided from the Interferometric Synthetic Aperture Radar (InSAR) satellite data. DWR has contracted TRE Altamira to make this data available for medium priority and above Bulletin 118 groundwater basins. These are the only known data estimating vertical subsidence for the entire basin area in this GSP. The TRE Altamira InSAR dataset currently provides estimates of total vertical displacement from June 2015 to September 2019 and is expected to be updated annually by DWR. This data will be integrated to provide basin-wide monitoring of subsidence on an annual basis. In addition to State/DWR data, work by Plumas County Public Works Department Roads Division and Caltrans will be reviewed and incorporated into the analysis and future monitoring of subsidence as applicable.

Related to Subsidence Network

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Infrastructure Modification of the location and/or sizing of the infrastructure for the Project that does not materially change the functionality of the infrastructure.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Network Access During its performance of this Contract, Contractor may be granted access to Purchaser’s computer and telecommunication networks (“Networks”). As a condition of Network use, Contractor shall: (a) use the Networks in compliance with all applicable laws, rules, and regulations; (b) use software, protocols, and procedures as directed by Purchaser to access and use the Networks; (c) only access Network locations made available to Contractor by Purchaser; (d) not interfere with or disrupt other users of the Networks;

  • Unbundled Network Elements 35.4.1. The charges that CLEC shall pay to Sprint for Unbundled Network Elements are set forth in Table One of this Agreement. 35.5. Collocation 35.5.1.
