SUBSTANCE ABUSE TESTING AND ASSISTANCE PROGRAM. This substance abuse policy and assistance program has been adopted and implemented pursuant to the negotiations between the Wisconsin Underground Contractors Association and the Wisconsin Laborers’ District Council and its Affiliated Unions in Wisconsin of the Laborers’ International Union of North America (“Union”). The term “Contractor” or “Company” when used herein refers to the construction industry contrac- tors who are members of WUCA. Should any dispute arise with respect to the application or implementation of this policy and program as to Employees employed by Contractors, such disputes shall be submitted to the grievance and arbitration provisions of this Agreement.
