Additional Contract Restrictions This Contract is subject to any additional restrictions, limitations, or conditions enacted by the Congress, or any statute enacted by the Congress, which may affect the provisions, terms, or funding of this Contract in any manner. 2. Hatch Act County agrees to comply with the provisions of the Hatch Act (USC, Title 5, Part III, Subpart F., Chapter 73, Subchapter III), which limit the political activities of employees whose principal employment activities are funded in whole or in part with federal funds.
