Substantial and Final Completion. 22.1 When the entire Work (or any portion thereof designated in writing by OWNER) as to any particular Project is ready for its intended use, CONTRACTOR must notify OWNER and DESIGN PROFESSIONAL in writing that such Work (or such designated portion) is substantially complete and request that DESIGN PROFESSIONAL issue a Certificate of Substantial Completion (or Certificate of Partial Substantial Completion) for such Work. Said written notice from CONTRACTOR must include a proposed punch list of all items of Work to be completed or corrected by CONTRACTOR and must include written verification that all items required to be provided for and/or performed as part of the completion of the Work in accordance with paragraph 22.4 the Contractor Close-Out List, are accounted for or are in the process of being assembled, and will be accounted for within thirty (30) calendar days from the notification of the projects Substantial Completion status.
