Common use of Substantial Completion and Final Completion Clause in Contracts

Substantial Completion and Final Completion. 6.2.1 Substantial Completion of the entire Work shall be achieved no later than “To be determined during Phase 1, subject to proposal acceptance and contract amendment.” (TBD) calendar days after the Date of Commencement (“Scheduled Substantial Completion Date”). 6.2.2 Interim milestones and/or Substantial Completion of identified portions of the Work shall be achieved as follows: (Insert any interim milestones (“Scheduled Interim Milestone Dates”) for portions of the Work with different scheduled dates for Substantial Completion.) 6.2.3 Final Completion of the Work or identified portions of the Work shall be achieved as expeditiously as reasonably practicable.
