Common use of SUBSTANTIAL DUPLICATION Clause in Contracts

SUBSTANTIAL DUPLICATION. If the Basic Fee is a Basic Fee Rate and the Work covered by the Agreement involves substantial duplication of buildings on the same or separate sites, the Basic Fee Rate will be adjusted for the duplicated buildings in accordance with Chapter 4-Supplement of the Manual of Procedures unless otherwise stated in the Special Provisions of the Agreement.
