SUBSTATION DESIGN SERVICES. The Supplier shall provide Engineering Services to the Company with respect to Substation Design Construction and Commissioning. These engineering services shall support the design, construction, expansion and renovation of electrical substation facilities including the Company’s inspection prior to energizing and the prompt delivery of as-built documentation at the conclusion of the project to obtain final payment.
