Common use of Successful Completion Clause in Contracts

Successful Completion. Employees will be deemed “trained” when they have 36 successfully acquired the minimum skills necessary to qualify for the position for which 37 they are training, as acknowledged by their supervisor and the Insurance and Benefits 38 Management.

Successful Completion. Employees will be deemed “trained” when they have 36 35 successfully acquired the minimum skills necessary to qualify for the position for which 37 36 they are training, as acknowledged by their supervisor and the Insurance and Benefits 38 37 Management.

Successful Completion. Employees will be deemed “trained” when if they have 36 successfully 31 acquired the minimum skills necessary to qualify for the position for which 37 they are training, 32 as acknowledged by their supervisor and the Insurance and Benefits 38 Management.
