Successors and Assignors. This Agreement shall be binding on and shall inure to the benefit of the Parties hereto and their respective successors in title and permitted assigns. Neither of the Parties shall assign or transfer any part of their respective rights or obligations under the Agreement without the prior consent of each of the other Parties.
