Common use of Successors/Assigns Clause in Contracts

Successors/Assigns. This Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors, permitted assigns, heirs, executors and administrators. Neither party may assign any of its rights hereunder; provided, however, that SongVest may assign this Agreement or any of its rights hereunder to a third party which agrees to assume SongVest’s obligations hereunder.
