Common use of Sufficient Resources Clause in Contracts

Sufficient Resources. Clinical Training Site has adequate facilities and equipment for the student to carry out designated responsibilities. Clinical Training Site agrees to provide to each Trainee space and resources sufficient to complete clinical experience requirements, including but not limited to: individual and relational therapy hours, therapy office space, and physical or electronic space for client records. While the Clinical Training Site shall provide Trainee an opportunity to acquire and practice various skills related to the provision of mental health therapy, Trainee will provide regularly scheduled individual and family counseling as a primary activity. The nature of clients and services offered must be appropriate for students whose primary goal is developing family therapy skills; the student must not be required to find their own clients nor market their own services.
