Summary of Basic Terms. This Purchase and Sale Agreement and Joint Escrow Instructions (the “Agreement”), dated as of the Effective Date set forth in Section 1.1, is made by and between WEST OAHU MALL ASSOCIATES, LLC, a Hawaii limited liability company (“Seller”), and TNP ACQUISITIONS, LLC., a Delaware limited liability company (“Buyer”).
