Summary of Services. The CONSULTANT will be well versed in all applicable federal and state codes, statutes, rules, regulations, policies, procedures, guidelines, manuals, handbooks, and standards that pertain to this Scope of Services. The CONSULTANT will provide the DEPARTMENT with access to staff with expertise and experience across multiple disciplines; have knowledge of the District One Region; and demonstrate an ability to stay abreast of evolving topical areas, such as resilience, changing demographics and mobility preferences/approaches, and emerging technologies as they relate to planning for and delivering transportation services and facilities.
