Sun. Ex may at any time during the Term request the Project to be moved to another Site.

Sun. I understand that a temporary Emergency Childcare Center as a pandemic response may only operate until the Governor of Iowa rescinds the State of Emergency. I further understand that this center may only provide child care services to parents identified as Emergency Service Personnel as defined by the Director of the Iowa Department of Human Services.
Sun. TEL shall have access for repair and maintenance purposes to any sub-loop for which it has access to the High Frequency Spectrum. If SUN-TEL is using a BellSouth owned splitter, SUN-TEL may access the sub-loop at the point where the data signal exits. If SUN-TEL provides its own splitter, it may test from the collocation space or the Termination Point.

It is in place for incidents that may occur, or it will be charged if a 72hour cancellation was not made. This will secure your reservation until check in. This deposit is not part of any payment for your stay and will be converted to a security deposit upon your arrival. *CANCELLATION: If you cancel your reservation 72 hours before your arrival, you are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled arrival, your reservation is considered non-refundable.
Sun. Sun hereby agrees that it will not enter into a loan or other agreement that would prohibit it from complying with its obligations hereunder.
Sun. TEL may purchase Network Elements and other services from BellSouth for the purpose of combining such network elements in any manner SUN-TEL chooses to provide telecommunication services to its intended users, including recreating existing BellSouth services. With the exception of the sub-loop Network Elements which are located outside of the central office, BellSouth shall deliver the Network Elements purchased by SUN-TEL to the demarcation point associated with SUN-TEL’s collocation arrangement.
