SUNDAY TIME. For each hour or part thereof worked on a Sunday, an employee shall be paid at one and one-half (1½) times the employee’s basic hourly rate. However, whenever the number of regular full-time Call Center employees (including part-time employees converted to full-time equivalents) equals or exceeds one hundred fifty (150), the Sunday premium shall decrease to one and one-quarter (1¼) times the employee’s basic hourly rate. Whenever the number of Call Center employees (including part-time employees converted to full-time equivalents) falls below one hundred fifty (150), the differential will revert to the rate of one and one-half (1½) times the employee’s basic hourly rate.
