Super Stats. The premium pay for working on a statutory holiday shall be at the rate of time-and-one-half (1-1/2x) except for Christmas Day which shall be paid at two-and-one-half-times (2.5x). Payment of premiums under this provision does not detract from statutory holiday entitlements otherwise owing to the employee.
