Common use of Super Stats Clause in Contracts

Super Stats. ‌ Employees who are required to work on Good Friday, Labour Day, or Christmas Day shall be paid at time and one-half (1-1/2) rates in addition to their regular monthly pay rate. Payment of time and one-half (1-1/2) rates under this provision does not detract from statutory holiday entitlements otherwise owing to the employee.
