Superseding Agreements. AD and CTG agree to use their respective good faith best efforts to negotiate and execute more formal agreements (the "Superseding Agreements") as soon as reasonably practicable, and the Members intend that such agreements will be executed within sixty (60) days of the date hereof.   • Supersedes Previous Agreements This Agreement supersedes all prior or contemporaneous negotiations, commitments, agreements and writings with respect to the subject matter hereof, all such other negotiations, commitments, agreements and writings will have no further force or effect, and the parties to any such other negotiation, commitment, agreement or writing will have no further rights or obligations thereunder.

  • Superseding Effect This Agreement reflects the entire agreement of the parties with respect to the development of the Development Property, and supersedes in all respects all prior agreements of the parties, whether written or otherwise, with respect to the development of the Development Property.
