Common use of Supervening Events Clause in Contracts

Supervening Events. In the event that any legal or other regulatory requirement changes or varies the terms of this Agreement and/or any relevant Order or affects the agreed price of the Goods and/or Services, the Purchaser reserves the right to cancel or amend this Agreement and/or any relevant Order without prejudice to the Purchaser’s rights and interests in Goods and/or Services already provided and accepted.

Supervening Events. In the event that any legal or other regulatory requirement changes or varies the terms of this Agreement and/or any relevant Order implementation of the Purchase Order, or affects the agreed price of the Goods and/or Servicesand Services concerned, the Purchaser Company reserves the right to cancel or amend this Agreement and/or any relevant the Purchase Order accordingly without prejudice to the Purchaser’s Company's rights and interests in Goods and/or Services already provided delivered and accepted.
