SUPERVISING COMPANY SCOPE OF WORK. The Supervising Company will be responsible for supervising the Project, within the framework of the Concession Agreement and applicable rules, during the Project design, construction, testing and commissioning stages. The purpose of Supervision work is to ensure that the Project complies with the following: a. That Definitive Engineering and Engineering at work level correspond to the scope specified in Annex of the Agreement. b. That Equipment and Materials Supply corresponds to the scope specified in Annex 1 of the Agreement, verifying that the specifications, minimum requirements and standards established in the Agreement, as well as good engineering practice are met. c.
