Common use of Supervising Evaluator Clause in Contracts

Supervising Evaluator. shall be the person responsible for developing the Educator Plan, supervising the Administrator’s progress through formative assessments, evaluating the Administrator’s progress toward attaining the Educator Plan goals, and making recommendations about the evaluation ratings to the primary Evaluator at the end of the Educator Plan. The Supervising Evaluator may be the primary Evaluator or his/her designee.
