SUPERVISION OF STAFF. A. All employees will be evaluated each year. The evaluation will be made by the designated supervisor. The evaluation forms are attached hereto as Appendix G. B. During March of each year an evaluation conference will be held between the employee and the supervisor. Three (3) copies of the evaluation will be made. The employee will keep one, the supervisor will keep one, and one will be placed in the employee’s permanent file. The employee shall sign the evaluation form and may respond to the evaluation by attaching his or her comments. Such comments must be made on one (1) separate sheet of 8-1/2 x 11 paper.
SUPERVISION OF STAFF. A. During the registration/renewal process, Supplier shall submit to Covendis a plan to communicate and manage their Staff/Key Persons placed at the client. SUPERVISION OF STAFF. The originating school is the sole employer and supervisor of the instructor. If there are any concerns about the conduct of the course or the instructor, such concerns should be communicated by the Principal of the receiving school to the Principal of the originating school. On-site monitors at the receiving schools shall follow the directions of the instructor during class time, but such monitors remain under the supervision and control of the receiving schools.
SUPERVISION OF STAFF. 6.1 Overall management responsibility of cleaning and caretaking staff is the responsibility of the Council, Corporate Property. 6.2 The Council will use its best endeavours to ensure that site supervisory arrangements are adapted to suit the needs of individual establishments. However it is expected that that the caretaker (where employed) will provide the day to day supervision of the cleaning staff. 6.3 The Head teacher or nominated representative will provide day to day work direction/on site supervision of the caretaker. 6.4 In the event that the Head teacher is dissatisfied with the conduct or competence of any of the Council’s staff the Head teacher shall notify the Area Facilities Manager of the Council. The Council shall consider and take any action in relation to the member of staff as it does, at its absolute discretion, deem reasonable.
SUPERVISION OF STAFF. Supervision and funding of all teachers, counselors, and teacher aides will be the responsibility of the District. Program Administrators for the Study Skills Center, Career Placement Center, and Career Outreach Meetings will be the responsibility of the District. Financial workshops will be the responsibility of the Library. Supervision of computer center and Library staff (including technical support) will be the responsibility of the Library.
SUPERVISION OF STAFF. 11.1 If more than one person is employed to administer the Contractor’s operations, the Contractor shall appoint a person to be the Operations Manager and also nominate a deputy Operations Manager. Should only one person be employed, that person will be the Operations Manager 112 The Operations Manager or his nominated deputy shall be the duly authorised representative of the Contractor for all purposes connected with the Contract. Any information, instruction or other communication given or made to the Operations Manager or deputy shall be deemed to have been given or made to the Contractor

  • Supervision of Students At least one teacher is to remain with the students after the close of any activity, practice session or game until the last student has left the premises. This rule applies whether the group is at the home school or field or is away.

  • Supervision and Oversight The Contractor shall be solely responsible for providing supervision and oversight to all the Contractor’s personnel that are assigned to the Agency properties pursuant to this contract.

  • REDUCTION OF STAFF A. The term “seniority” in this Article shall mean length of service as a bus driver with the District. B. In the event staff reduction becomes necessary, the District will release personnel in the inverse order of their length of service but may give consideration to special qualifications and experience, and minority employment. In the absence of such considerations and exemptions, layoff shall be based on seniority. The ATU shall be provided the opportunity to consult with the District when the necessity of such reductions is determined. Whenever possible, two (2) weeks written notice of layoff shall be given to each employee to be laid off under the provisions of this Article. Persons given such notice may not exercise the paid leave provisions of Article 15, except for sick leave when supported by a doctor’s statement, quarantine, mandatory court appearances or jury duty. This provision applies only to regular employees. C. Reductions shall be by seniority within a classification; however, the District may assign employees from a higher classification to a lower classification within an employee group. The District shall not assign employees to a lower salary level without a corresponding change in job assignment or responsibility. D. An employee who rejects an assignment of equal pay and classification shall, by doing so, forfeit all rights under this Article. An employee offered an assignment of lower classification and salary, due to staff reduction, may elect layoff and retain the recall rights provided by this Article. E. An employee who is terminated due to such reduction in staff shall have preference in filling positions within their employee classification and shall be recalled by the District for employment in such classification based upon seniority with the District; provided, however, they are qualified for the assignment. Employees so terminated shall retain such right of recall for a period of three (3) years from the date of termination. Employees so recalled by the District shall be reinstated with seniority rights accumulated as of the date of their termination. Any employee recalled by the District for a position comparable to the one from which they were terminated and who rejects such an assignment shall relinquish all rights provided in this Article and Agreement. F. By May 30, the District shall attempt to notify employees, whose work years correspond with the school year, of the intended employment status with the District for the following school year. Failure by the District to provide such notice of changes in staffing plans following issuance of notification will not interfere with the authority of the District to reassign or terminate an employee.

  • Supervision The Recipient shall provide and maintain competent and adequate project management covering the supervision and inspection of the development and construction of the Project and bear the responsibility of ensuring that construction conforms to the approved surveys, plans, profiles, cross sections and specifications.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.
