Common use of Supervisor's Report Clause in Contracts

Supervisor's Report. In the event that the employee’s supervisor determines on the basis of the evaluation criteria that the performance of an employee under his/her supervision is unsatisfactory, a report shall be filed in the Superintendent's office, on or before January 20. The report shall include the following: 1. The evaluation report prepared pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 2.b. of the evaluation procedure. 2. A recommended specific, achievable, and time-bound program designed to assist the employee in improving performance. 3. Employees with two years or less of provisional status may be non-renewed without cause and do not qualify for probationary status. 4. An employee in his/her third year of provisional status may be placed on a plan of probation.
