Common use of Supervisory Differential Clause in Contracts

Supervisory Differential. 32.2.1 A one dollar ($1.00) per hour differential will apply to hours worked by an employee during the time, one (1) day or more, that the employee is designated to temporarily replace a supervisor. Differentials will not be paid for non- productive time. It is only paid for hours worked.
