SUPPLEMENTAL INSTRUCTIONS. 1.1 The Weed Authority Office is intending to select a contractor(s) that shall furnish equipment, supplier, and operators for the purpose of weed control. 1.2 Bidder shall submit bid documents and supporting material via e-bid. 1.2.1 Vendor shall include all costs associated with the labor, supervision, materials, supplies, equipment, permits and licenses required to perform the services requested in these Specifications and other bid documents. 1.2.2 To submit a bid, Vendor must be registered with the City of Lincoln/Lancaster County Purchasing Department. 1.2.3 To register, go to the City of Lincoln website; IonWave Ebid 1.2.3.1 click on “supplier registration” 1.2.3.2 follow instructions to completion. 1.3 All general inquiries regarding these specifications of other bid documents shall be directed via e-mail request to ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ (mailto:▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇.▇▇▇) 1.3.1 These inquiries and/or responses shall be distributed to prospective Vendors as an electronic addendum. 1.3.2 Vendors are not allowed to discuss this bid with any City employee or elected official other than the City/County Purchasing Staff through the award process. 1.3.2.1 Failure to follow this requirement may result in immediate disqualification of you bid.
