Supplier Representative. ‌ (a) The Supplier appoints the Supplier Representative to represent the Supplier in connection with all matters relating to this Contract. (b) A direction given by Council to the Supplier Representative will be regarded as having been given to the Supplier. (c) Matters within the knowledge of the Supplier Representative will be regarded as being within the knowledge of the Supplier. (d) If the Council Representative makes a reasonable objection to the appointment of a person as the Supplier Representative, the Supplier must terminate the appointment and appoint another person, subject again to the reasonable objection of the Council Representative.

Supplier Representative. The Supplier Representative shall be responsible for liaising with the Rio Tinto Representative and the Relevant Company Representatives in relation to any of the matters referred to in Section 10.1, and shall have full power to legally bind Supplier in respect of all matters arising out of the Agreement. Supplier may at any time, with the prior written consent of Rio Tinto (which shall not be unreasonably withheld), replace the Supplier Representative with another Individual.

Supplier Representative. Supplier shall provide a Supplier Representative. The Supplier Representative must be able to speak, read, and write English and the local language (if not English) fluently and will serve as the primary contact between Owlet and Supplier. The Supplier Representative is to be technically competent and possess sufficient expertise to manage the manufacture of Products in accordance with the Specifications.
