SUPPLY OF SERVICE. 8.1 The Supplier shall provide the Service to the Customer in accordance with the Specification Document in all material respects. 8.2 The Supplier shall use all reasonable endeavours to meet any requested performance dates, but any such dates shall be estimates only and time shall not be of the essence for the performance of the Service. 8.3 The Supplier warrants to the Customer that the Service will be provided using reasonable care and skill.
