SUPPORT AND SERVICE LEVELS; TRAINING. 7.1 Support and Service Level Agreement. RapidDeploy shall provide Support in respect of the Services during the Subscription Term. RapidDeploy shall use commercially reasonable efforts to make the Services available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Additional information on RapidDeploy’s Service Level Agreement is set forth in Exhibit B.
