Common use of Support and Updates Clause in Contracts

Support and Updates. 8.1 Licensee shall be eligible to receive support in accordance with Nokia's then current policies and procedures available at ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇/ozo-live-player-support-terms. Additional support services, including consulting and development may be available for separate purchase by Licensee under the terms of a statement of work executed by the parties as an addendum to this Agreement. Support is only provided for the Licensed Software used in accordance with the Nokia recommended hardware reference design. 8.2 During the Term, Nokia may, in its sole discretion, from time to time, deliver to Licensee any minor version and bug fix version updates to the Licensed Software (e.g. update 1.x, 1.y, 1.z but not 2.x, 2.y, or 2.z). Licensee agrees by its usage of such update to be bound by such new or additional terms as may be provided with the update. Major version updates may be offered to Licensee by Nokia upon payment of an upgrade fee.
