Support From The Parties. After a full investigation, discovery and arms-length negotiations, the Parties and their counsel agree that they: (a) have independently determined that this Settlement is in the best interest of the Class; (b) shall support motions for entry of the Preliminary Approval Order and Final Approval Order; and (c) will not encourage any Persons to Opt- Out or file an Objection to the Settlement or this Agreement.
