Support Procedures. 3.1 All Problems reported by NetTaxi Technical Support Personnel to the Company must be submitted via email to support@bignetwork.com 3.2 If ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇ is reporting a Severe Problem, NetTaxi will accompany its email request with a phone call and page to the Company Technical Personnel.
