Support Service Responsibilities. ▇▇▇▇▇▇+Gyr will: (a) respond to Support Requests in accordance with the Service Levels; (b) provide responsive telephone or email support as set forth in Section 3.6. (c) Provide online access to technical support bulletins and other user support information and forums, to the full extent ▇▇▇▇▇▇+Gyr makes such resources available to its other customers.
