SUPPORTING INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY. The parties to this Agreement recognise that CSIRO’s objectives are largely dependent on the innovation and creativity of its staff. The CSIRO rolling strategy provides emphasis on continuing to build an enhanced culture of innovation. CSIRO will report on progress and outcomes of the strategy through CSIRO Consultative Council and/or forums with staff.

SUSTAINABILITY‌ 47.1 The parties to this Agreement recognise that the involvement of staff including at the local level is critical in improving the environmental sustainability of CSIRO in the areas of greenhouse gas emissions, energy, water and waste. 47.2 CSIRO will provide opportunities for staff contributions toward improving the environmental sustainability of CSIRO’s operations through the implementation of an Environmental Sustainability Strategy.

The CSIRO 2011-2015 Strategy provides emphasis on continuing to build an enhanced culture of innovation. CSIRO will report on progress and outcomes of the strategy through CSIRO Consultative Council and/or forums with staff. (a) The parties to this Agreement recognise that the involvement of staff including at the local level is critical in improving the environmental sustainability of CSIRO in the areas of greenhouse gas emissions, energy, water and waste. (b) The parties to this Agreement acknowledge that some investment may be required in the medium term in implementing new sustainability initiatives related investments, noting that benefits will be realised over a mixture of short, medium and longer term periods. (c) CSIRO will provide opportunities for staff contributions toward improving the environmental sustainability of CSIRO’s operations through the implementation of an Environmental Sustainability Strategy. These opportunities will include a dedicated email address, local management teams and site based working groups including staff. CSIRO will report on progress and outcomes of the strategy, including activities of management teams and working groups, through CSIRO Consultative Council and/or forums with staff.
SUPPORTING INNOVATION AND CREATIVITY. The parties to this Agreement recognise that CSIRO’s strategic objectives are in large dependent on the innovation and creativity of its staff. The parties recognise that there are some existing challenges in this regard as reflected in feedback in the Staff Poll. Under this Agreement a dialogue will be established with staff to identify opportunities to enhance individual and team creativity and innovation through staff input to the organisation’s Broad Direction Setting and Science Investment Processes. A report on progress of these initiatives will be a standing item on CSIRO Consultative Council meeting agendas.

  • Innovation In order to make it easier for the municipality to implement innovations that can accelerate the pace of climate transition, Viable Cities will provide a competence network and process support, including by engaging other strategic innovation programmes in the ongoing development of Climate City Contract 2030, particu- larly in the areas of mobility, energy, built environment, the circular economy, health and digitalization. Based on the collaboration agreement on climate-smart mobility signed with the strategic innovation programme Drive Sweden, this area of collabo- ration will be further developed with both cities and government agencies, not least the Swedish Transport Administration.

  • Technology Discoveries, innovations, Know-How and inventions, whether patentable or not, including computer software, recognized under U.S. law as intellectual creations to which rights of ownership accrue, including, but not limited to, patents, trade secrets, maskworks and copyrights developed under this Agreement.

  • Proprietary Information and Developments 9.1 The Consultant will not at any time, whether during or after the termination of this Agreement for any reason, reveal to any person or entity any of the trade secrets or confidential information concerning the organization, business or finances of the Company or of any third party which the Company is under an obligation to keep confidential, except as may be required in the ordinary course of performing the Consultant Services to the Company, and the Consultant shall keep secret such trade secrets and confidential information and shall not use or attempt to use any such secrets or information in any manner which is designed to injure or cause loss to the Company. Trade secrets or confidential information shall include, but not be limited to, the Company's financial statements and projections, expansion proposals, property acquisition opportunities and business relationships with banks, lenders and other parties not otherwise publicly available.

  • EVALUATION AND MONITORING The ORGANIZATION agrees to maintain books, records and other documents and evidence, and to use accounting procedures and practices that sufficiently and properly support the complete performance of and the full compliance with this Agreement. The ORGANIZATION will retain these supporting books, records, documents and other materials for at least three (3) calendar years following the year in which the Agreement expires. The COUNTY and/or the State Auditor and any of their representatives shall have full and complete access to these books, records and other documents and evidence retained by the ORGANIZATION respecting all matters covered in and under this Agreement, and shall have the right to examine such during normal business hours as often as the COUNTY and/or the State Auditor may deem necessary. Such representatives shall be permitted to audit, examine and make excerpts or transcripts from such records, and to make audits of all contracts, invoices, materials, and records of matters covered by this Agreement. These access and examination rights shall last for three calendar years following the year in which the Agreement expires. The COUNTY intends without guarantee for its agents to use reasonable security procedures and protections to assure that related records and documents provided by the ORGANIZATION are not erroneously disclosed to third parties. The COUNTY will, however, disclose or make this material available to those authorized by/in the above paragraph or permitted under the provisions of Chapter 42.56 RCW without notice to the ORGANIZATION. The ORGANIZATION shall cooperate with and freely participate in any other monitoring or evaluation activities pertinent to this Agreement that the COUNTY finds needing to be conducted.

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance a. Client Data – Client Data will only be used by State Street for the purposes specified in this Agreement.
