Common use of Supporting Papers Clause in Contracts

Supporting Papers. Class Counsel shall file and serve the opening papers in support of the proposed Settlement, the proposed Distribution Plan, and Class Counsel’s motion for an Attorney Fee/Litigation Cost Award no later than twenty-one (21) Days prior to the Final Approval Hearing; and reply papers, if any, shall be filed and served no later than seven (7) Days prior to the Final Approval Hearing.
