Surplus/Deficit Report. The Sub-Recipient shall submit a Consolidated Surplus/Deficit Report, in a format provided by the AAAPP, to the AAAPP by the 20th of each month. This Consolidated Surplus/Deficit Report is for all agreements and/or contracts between the Sub-Recipient and the AAAPP and must include the following: a. A list of all subcontractors and their status regarding surplus/deficit; b. The Sub-Recipient’s detailed plan on how the surplus/deficit spending which exceeds the threshold specified by the AAAPP will be resolved; c. Recommendations to transfer funds to resolve surplus/deficit spending; d. Input from the Sub-Recipient’s Board of Directors on resolution of spending issues, if applicable; e. Number of clients currently on APCL that receive a priority ranking score of four (4) or five (5); and f. Number of clients currently on the APCL designated as Imminent Risk.

f. (6) Number of clients currently on the APCL designated as Imminent Risk.
