Surveys and Questionnaires. 5.6.1 When Western requires bargaining unit employees to participate in a survey, either verbally or in writing, regarding conditions of employment, it will do so only after notification and agreement with the Union. This includes surveys from other agencies and/or entities. If a survey is voluntary, the Union will be notified but no agreement is required. 5.6.2 The results of surveys conducted by either party regarding conditions of employment will be shared. If a third party conducts a survey and results are distributed to Western, the results will be shared with the Union. (Sanitized data from dispatcher wage surveys, i.e., data which is not identifiable by utility name, will be released to the union upon request.)
