Suspension, Nonrenewal and Revocation. The charter may be suspended, revoked, or not renewed by the Authorizer as set forth in law, regulation, rule or policy that complies with law and as set forth in this Contract. The Authorizer is not required to allow corrective action as set forth below if the unsatisfactory review warrants revocation.lvi Until such time as the NMPED promulgates regulations setting forth procedures for revocation, the Parties shall follow the processes set forth in the Uniform Licensing Actlvii and such other Rules of Civil Procedure as agreed to by the Parties in conjunction with the revocation proceedings under the Charter School Act, but only to the extent such processes are consistent with the provisions of the Charter Schools Act.

  • Nonrenewal We may elect not to renew this policy. We may do so by delivering to you, or mailing to you at your mailing address shown in the Declarations, written notice at least 30 days before the expiration date of this policy. Proof of mailing will be sufficient proof of notice.

  • Suspension Termination If Borrower voluntarily suspends its business or, the partnership is dissolved or terminated, other than a technical termination of the partnership for tax purposes.

  • Revocation Elsevier or Copyright Clearance Center may deny the permissions described in this License at their sole discretion, for any reason or no reason, with a full refund payable to you. Notice of such denial will be made using the contact information provided by you. Failure to receive such notice will not alter or invalidate the denial. In no event will Elsevier or Copyright Clearance Center be responsible or liable for any costs, expenses or damage incurred by you as a result of a denial of your permission request, other than a refund of the amount(s) paid by you to Elsevier and/or Copyright Clearance Center for denied permissions. The following terms and conditions apply only to specific license types:

  • Dismissal and Suspension (a) The Employer may dismiss or suspend for just cause any employee who has completed their probationary period. Notice of dismissal or suspension will be in writing and will set forth the reasons for dismissal or suspension and an employee will have the right to have a ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ present, providing that this does not result in an undue delay of the appropriate action being taken. A copy of the written notice of suspension or dismissal will be forwarded to the President of the Union or the designated staff representative within five working days. (b) A suspension of indefinite duration will be considered a dismissal under 11.2(a) above as soon as it exceeds 20 days and any grievance already filed will be considered henceforth as a dismissal grievance.

  • Dismissal and Suspension Grievance All dismissals and suspensions will be subject to formal grievance procedure under Article 7 of this Agreement. A copy of the written notice of dismissal or suspension shall be forwarded to the President of the Union within five (5) days of the action being taken.
