Suspension Pending Investigation Clause Samples

The Suspension Pending Investigation clause allows an employer to temporarily remove an employee from their duties while an investigation into alleged misconduct or other serious concerns is conducted. Typically, this suspension is with pay and is not considered disciplinary action, but rather a neutral measure to facilitate a fair and thorough investigation. This clause helps maintain workplace integrity and prevents potential interference with the investigation, ensuring that both the employer and employee are protected during the inquiry process.
