Common use of Syndication Agent and Documentation Agent Clause in Contracts

Syndication Agent and Documentation Agent. Neither the Syndication Agent nor the Documentation Agent, in such capacity, shall have any right, power, obligation, liability, duty or responsibility whatsoever under the Loan Documents, and neither the Syndication Agent nor the Documentation Agent shall be deemed to have any fiduciary relationship with any Lender. Each Lender acknowledges that it has not relied, and will not rely, on either the Syndication Agent or the Documentation Agent in deciding to enter into this Agreement or in taking or not taking any action hereunder.
