Common use of Syndication Agent and Documentation Agent Clause in Contracts

Syndication Agent and Documentation Agent. The titles "Syndication Agent" and "Documentation Agent" given to certain Lenders named on the cover page of this Agreement are purely honorific, and no Syndication Agent or Documentation Agent, as the case may be, in its capacity as such, shall have any liabilities, duties or responsibilities hereunder.
