Common use of Sysdig Technology Clause in Contracts

Sysdig Technology. The Service and Documentation, all copies and portions thereof, and all intellectual property rights therein, including, but not limited to derivative works, enhancements and modifications therefrom, shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Sysdig. Customer is not authorized to use (and shall not permit any third party to use) the Service, Documentation or any portion thereof except as expressly authorized by this Agreement.

Sysdig Technology. The Service and Services, Preview Releases, Documentation, including all copies and portions thereof, and all intellectual property rights therein, including, but not limited to derivative works, deliverables, Updates, enhancements and modifications therefromtherefrom (“Sysdig Technology”), shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Sysdig. Customer is not authorized to use (and shall not permit any third party to use) the Service, Documentation Sysdig Technology or any portion thereof except as expressly authorized by this Agreement.
