System Management and Service Performance. Unless stated otherwise in applicable Terms of Service (Managed IT Services, Hosted Cloud Services, and/or Cloud Voice Services), Client is solely responsible for obtaining, installing, configuring, and maintaining suitable equipment, including but not limited to firewall, switches, servers, computers, and software. This includes responsibility for system management and performance, including any necessary system or software upgrades, patches, or other fixes which are or may become necessary to access the Service and to operate your computer.
