Common use of System Operation and Access Clause in Contracts

System Operation and Access. Throughout the Term of this Agreement, Registry shall operate the Registry System and provide Registrar with access to the Registry System enabling such Registrar to transmit domain name registration information for the TLD to the Registry System according to a protocol specified by Registry (the “Protocol”). Access to the Registry System is conditioned upon Registrar achieving and maintaining all technical and other certifications required by Registry from time to time.
