System Services. The Parties shall comply with the operational security standards specified in § 6 by ensuring the availability of system services within their own subsystems. When this is possible, the Parties can co-ordinate and exchange system services with each other. During the exchange of such system services, the pricing shall be based on the costs incurred by the respective Party when obtaining access to and utilizing the system services within its own subsystem. The Parties shall work towards harmonisation of the terms and conditions in order to gain access to system services from companies within the respective subsystem.
