SYSTEM TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS. The design of the Cable Television System, pursuant to Sections 3.1 and 3.2 herein, shall conform to the FCC technical specifications contained in Exhibit 1, attached hereto and made a part hereof. At all times throughout the Renewal License Term, the Licensee shall meet all applicable FCC technical requirements.
