SYSTEM TEST REVIEWS Clause Samples

The SYSTEM TEST REVIEWS clause establishes the process and requirements for reviewing the results of system tests during a project or contract. Typically, this clause outlines how and when system tests will be conducted, who will participate in the review, and the criteria for acceptance or rejection of test outcomes. For example, it may require both parties to attend review meetings, document findings, and agree on any necessary corrective actions. The core function of this clause is to ensure that all system components meet agreed-upon standards before final acceptance, thereby reducing the risk of defects and misunderstandings about system performance.
