Systems Engineering Support. The Contractor shall provide traceability of CRs through design, development, test, and deployment of system updates. The Contractor shall provide recommendations, including analysis and technical risk assessment for all system incidents, problems, updates, and changes. The Contractor shall maintain the existing solution architecture (logical, physical, and network topology) and system diagrams. As changes occur, the Contractor shall provide updates to system diagrams and architectural drawings to reflect changes to the baseline architecture to maintain the integrity of the technical solution. The Contractor shall identify and manage technical risks, work with the Government to capture and quantify the potential impact of the risk, assist in defining mitigation approaches, and participate in risk reviews. The Contractor shall support data calls and data extracts required for cybersecurity certifications.
