Common use of Tag and Label Clause in Contracts

Tag and Label. At CLEC's request, Sprint will tag and label unbundled loops at the Network Interface Device (NID). Tag and label may be ordered simultaneously with the ordering of the Loop or as a separate service subsequent to the ordering of the Loop. 44.13.1. Sprint will include the following information on the label: order 44.13.2. CLEC must specify on the order form whether each Loop should be tagged and labeled. 44.13.3. The rates for Loop tag and label and related services are set forth on Table One. A trip charge may be billed in addition to the Tag and Label charges.
