Tag and Label. At KMC's request, Sprint will tag and label unbundled loops at the Network Interface Device (NID). Tag and label may be ordered simultaneously with the ordering of the Loop or as a separate service subsequent to the ordering of the Loop. 7.16.1 Sprint will include the following information on the label: order number, due date, KMC name, and the circuit number. 7.16.2 Tag and Label is available on the following types of Loops: 2- and 4-wire analog Loops, 2- and 4-wire xDSL capable Loops, 2- and 4- wire digital Loops, and DS1 4-wire Loops. 7.16.3 KMC must specify on the order form whether each Loop should be tagged and labeled. 7.16.4 The rates for Loop tag and label and related services are set forth on Table One. When ordered subsequent to the ordering of the Loop, a trip charge, set forth in Table One, may be billed in addition to the Tag and Label charges.
